For most of you who are returning parents/players, this should be nothing new to you but I want to reinforce this.

NO ONE CAN TRYOUT ON FEBRUARY 13TH UNLESS WE HAVE A PHYSICAL IN OUR POSSESSION (OR ON FILE DUE TO PLAYING ANOTHER SPORT) THAT IS UP TO DATE, AS WELL AS A SIGNED CONCUSSION FORM (1 STUDENT/1 PARENT, BOTH SEPERATE). The concussion form can be found under the www.butlersoccer.net website in the form downloads section. Please do not wait until Sunday night on the 12th to get this handled, make sure to have it done before hand. Also, if you can complete all of the needed paperwork before hand, that would make a great deal to us! You can always turn that in before tryouts if need be. Thanks and have a great day!
